Starter (Included)

  • Smoked duck carpaccio with fresh figs, toasted pistachios, pickled shallots, and a drizzle of aged balsamic reduction.

Fish course (Included)

  • Roasted loin of cod served with beurre blanc, fennel purée, buttered asparagus, and poached egg

Main course (Included)

  • Grilled beef fillet steak with dauphinoise potatoes, red wine jus, glazed baby carrots, broccoli and crispy shallots
  • Wild mushroom and comté pithivier with madeira jus

Cheese board (Included)

  • Selection of cheeses with figs, chutney, walnuts and crackers
  • Seasonal fruit with spiced syrup, micro mint, and toasted almond crumbs
